What the website collects
Only what you enter in the “Book a call” form: your name, and your email address and/or phone number. The website has no accounts, no comment section and no audience measurement tools. It sets no cookies and relies on no third-party service to display: fonts, images and scripts are served by the website itself.
The “Book a call” form
Your name and contact details (email, phone) are sent to me by email, through OVH's mail server, for the sole purpose of getting back to you to arrange a call. They are not stored on the website's server, and its technical logs do not contain them. To limit abuse, your IP address is used to count the requests sent from your connection, in memory only; it is neither stored nor passed on.
When you contact me
The information you send me, through the form, by email or by phone (name, contact details, description of your project), is used only to reply to you and, where applicable, for the business relationship that follows. It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties, and is kept for as long as our exchange and the related legal obligations require.
Hosting
The website is hosted by OVH SAS (France). Like any web server, the hosting may process technical connection data, such as your IP address, needed to deliver pages and secure the service.
Third-party content
Some articles include a YouTube video. It is only loaded, from the youtube-nocookie.com domain, if you click on it; YouTube then applies its own privacy policy. Links to LinkedIn lead to a third-party website subject to its own rules.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to LainardFabriceProgramming@outlook.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
